PRIIT PÄÄSUKE was born in 1975 in Soviet Estonia. Before he graduated Tallinn University film department (BFM) as a director in 2005, he studied natural science and played guitar in several space rock groups. He is one of the founders of Luxfilm and has been working there since it was established in 2005. Priit has produced and directed several short films, documentaries and TV commercials. His latest short film „Black Peter“ has been awarded in several international film festivals including Tampere, Odense, Drama etc. It was awarded as the Best Estonian Short Film in 2008 and was nominated for the Best Estonian Film of the year. Priit is currently developing a feature „The Polar Boy“ as a producer.
